A meeting of Winstred Hundred Parish Council will be held at Peldon Village Hall at 7.30pm on Tuesday 13th September 2016 to which the Councillors are summoned to attend.

1.   Presentation from CBC Helpline

  • Sue Cornwell will attend to explain their aims and how we can help to promote

2.   Playgrounds and Playing Fields

  • Reports on both play areas and fields
  • To discuss vandalism on Moss Hay particularly the dog fouling signs
  • Decision required: Any other matters that require attention?

3.   Code of Conduct

  • To agree and adopt the revised Code of Conduct which will be put on the website

4.   Speed Survey, ECC Engineers, Leaflets – any update

5.   Pub in the Hub Grant

  • The Parish Council’s support is requested for a grant application to expand the pub
  • Decision required: Are we in agreement of this and therefore write to support?

6.   Neighbourhood Watch Scheme – update on new alternative

7.   Request for Dog Bin

  • Discuss request for another dog bin at the end of Copt Hall Lane
  • Decision required: Should the Parish Council pay for this?
