A meeting of Winstred Hundred Parish Council will be held at Abbotts Hall Farm, Great Wigborough 7.30pm on Tuesday 12th September 2017 to which the Councillors are summoned to attend.

1.  Playgrounds and Playing Fields

  • Reports on both play areas and fields
  • To note vandalism in Peldon and work needed afterwards and any suggestions for preventative measures.
  • Decision required: Any matters that require immediate attention?

2.  Website

  • To discuss any thoughts on suggested improvements and costings 

3.  Vice Chairman

  • This position will soon be vacant and a replacement needed.

4.  Defibrillator Session in Peldon

  • This will be on Monday 9th October 2017 in the new hall
  • Leaflets will be printed and distributed in the near future

5.  Pond in Church Road, Peldon

  • Any progress to report?

6.  Millennium Bench and hedge cutting

  • To acknowledge work carried out to repair bench and hedge cutting work and to thank John for organizing these.

7.  Financial Report

  • To note cheques signed and sent for Peldon & Wigs Com Hall chairs and tables, money from Locality Budget Funds previously allocated.
  • To note Annual Financial Return has been approved by the External Auditor and subsequent displaying as required.
