1.  CBC Zone Wardens

  • Update on their work carried out in our villages
  • Details of refuse bags collection points
  • Decision required: Are there any other matters they can assist us with?

2.  Playgrounds and Playing Fields

  • Reports on both play areas and fields
  • Progress on work completed and anything that needs addressing
  • Update on prices received and possible sources of funding for suggested new equipment for installation on Moss Hay
  • Decisions required: Any action to be taken now on the above?

  • National Salary Awards for clerks backdated from April 2013 following no increase since April 2009.
  • Decision required: Should we keep the clerk’s pay with the national scale and if so is a rise in Spinal Column Point also in order for long service (sheet attached)?

5.  Junctions at Lodge Lane and St Ives Road in Peldon

  • Do Highways have any possible solutions for making these junctions safer?
  • Decision required: Is there anything we can do?

6.  Abberton Reservoir Community Fund, Rights of Way Meeting
