Items for Discussion

1. Playgrounds and Playing Fields

• Reports on both playgrounds and fields and to note zip wire repair.
• Community Working Group activities to date.
• Decision required: Any matters that require immediate attention?

2. Peldon Noticeboard

• To note new noticeboard fitted and key arrangements in place.

3. Peldon and Wigboroughs Magazine

• Discuss requested increase of £30 per annum, from £150 to £180 at £90 per page.
• Decision required: Do we all agree to accept this new amount?

4. Devolution

• Discuss this matter further following ECC’s pilot scheme.
• Consider areas where we think we could participate.   

5. Footpaths Diversion Proposals

• Consider all proposals of footpaths affecting our villages.
• Decision required: Our comments to return if any?

6. Silent Soldiers

• Discuss what we should do with those in our villages that the parish council sponsored.

7. New Dog Bin for Copt Hall

• To note progress so far on this matter.

8. Actions and Reminder List – update and mention of Gt Wigs VR post box
