A meeting of Winstred Hundred Parish Council will be held at Abbotts Hall Farm, Great Wigborough at 7.30pm on Tuesday 12th November 2019 to which the Councillors are summoned to attend.

Items for Discussion

1.  Playgrounds and Playing Fields

  • Reports on both playgrounds and fields and any work completed
  • To discuss any further work and quotes, multi-frame legs, etc?
  • Community Working Group activities to date.
  • Decision required: Any matters that require immediate attention?

2.  Parish Council Policies/Documents

  • To review the parish council’s Code of Conduct, Standing Orders, email protocol and planning application commenting
  • Decision required: To make any changes thought appropriate?

3.  Appointment of Parish Councillors on Trustee Board

  • To appoint two parish councillors, one from Peldon and one from the Wigboroughs, as trustees to the Trustee Board of the Peldon and Wigboroughs Community Hall
  • Decision required: To agree two names and forward to the hall chairman.

4.  CBC Draft Local Plan

  • To clarify the process on allocated sites/preferred options in the Local Plan and subsequent planning applications that may or may not follow.
