- Reports on both play areas and fields and update on Moss Hay footpath
- Decision required: Any matters that need immediate attention?
2. Outdoor adult exercise bike
- Having secured grants from 3 sources we are £208.30 short of the total cost
- Decision required: Should the parish council make up the difference or should we delay ordering to try and obtain further grant funding?
3. Peldon Bloomers – Planters
- Request for funding towards replacement of flower planters that are now falling into disrepair
4. Recycling & Refuse Centres – Booking System
- To discuss how this is panning out
