1. Playgrounds and Playing Fields
Reports on both playgrounds and fields.
- To note that any items/issues identified in the Annual Playground Report needing attention are being taken care of.
2. Peldon Village Sign
- The sign fell down in the wind and is now back in place with new post. The insurance company has agreed to pay minus the excess.
3. CCC Draft Local Plan
- To discuss and agree our response to CCC Local Plan Consultation following the public meeting held on Friday 3rd October on the proposed sites for housing in Peldon. Residents are encouraged to send in individual replies and comments too.
4. Parish Councillors’ email addresses
- Following recommendations from leading authorities we are looking into changing our email addresses to: gov.uk domain
5. Virley Parish Councillor Vacancy
- To consider applications to date.
6. Insurance Renewal
- To agree the new premium cost of £778.39 (the recent claim is taken into account next year).
