2. CCC Draft Local Plan
- To confirm our response has been sent to CCC Local Plan Consultation following the public meeting on the proposed sites for housing in Peldon. Residents are also encouraged to send in individual replies and comments.
3. Precept/Grant 2026/27
- To consider finances to date and forecast for the year’s end
- Discuss requirements and budget for next year
- To note CCC revenue and LCTS Grants are the same as last year
- Decision required: How much do we need to maintain the same level of services and standards bearing in mind continuing price increases?
