- Decision required: Do we feel in a position to donate the same as last year?
2. Playgrounds and Playing Fields
- Reports on both play areas and fields including Annual Inspection Report findings
- Progress on work completed and all that needs addressing
- To mention change of grass cutting arrangements on Moss Hay
- Decision required: What work needs addressing now?
3. Website disc space
- Decision required: Do we wish to expand this at an additional cost of £20 annually (currently £27.50)?
4. Finances for the year
- To approve and finalise our End of Year Return for the external auditors

St Stephen’s Church, Great Wigborough, is hosting a series of events between May 16th – 18th to encourage local residents to get to know each other.
The NE Essex CCG have recently published a new strategy for caring for adults, their families and carers who are facing conditions with limited life expectancy. This is part of a whole series of initiatives designed to customise NHS Service Provision for NE Essex’s needs – more can be found on their website at
