A meeting of Winstred Hundred Parish Council will be held at Salcott Village Hall at 7.30pm on Tuesday 11th September 2018 to which the Councillors are summoned to attend.
To welcome our new parish councillors and complete all necessary forms.

1. Playgrounds and Playing Fields
- Reports on both play areas and fields including new contractor for Salcott
- Discuss Salcott playground maintenance and recent vandalism
- Community Working Group activities to date
- Decision required: Any matters that require immediate attention?
2. Communications Working Party
- Report on any meetings and discussions to date.
3. Solar Light and Plaque update
- To note work all completed and Mrs Hedgers generous contribution duly received
4. Painted Village Signs
- Great Wigborough sign needs repainting and possibly others
- Sign contractor still operates and cost at a small increase
- Decision required: Should we get this and or others done?
5. Peldon and Wigboroughs Community Hall – update
6. Actions and Reminder List – update and to include mention of:
- New children’s nursery at Peldon is up and running following opening day
- Peldon Telephone Box was not used enough, has therefore been emptied of equipment by BT and will be removed in due course.
- Great Wigborough post box will eventually be installed following utilities surveys
