A meeting of Winstred Hundred Parish Council will be held at Peldon and Wigboroughs Community Hall on Tuesday 13th July 2021 at 7.30pm to which the Councillors are summoned to attend.   All Covid-19 related rules and regulations will be adhered to.

The main hall can provide a spacious venue with good ventilation for the present situation with doors and windows left open when required. Masks to be worn unless exempt.

1.   Playgrounds and Playing Fields

  • Reports on both playgrounds and fields
  • Update on progress of the Peldon playground project.
  • Decision required: To formally agree Salcott field roadside hedge cut at £275.

2.   Salcott Telephone Box

  • To note agreed location for the box, having conducted a site meeting with parish councillors and a representative for the village hall management committee.
  • It is hoped the relocation work will commence fairly soon and a local working group will be formed to address all matters to make this an attractive asset to the village.
