A meeting of Winstred Hundred Parish Council will be held at Salcott Village Hall on Tuesday 11th October 2022 at 7.30pm to which the Councillors are summoned to attend.

Everyone attending this meeting is required to wear a mask.  Whilst we appreciate that this is not a legal requirement at this time, as we have vulnerable people amongst us, it is a common courtesy for their safety.

Items for Discussion

1.  Playgrounds and Playing Fields

  • Reports on both playgrounds and fields
  • To note swing shackles have been replaced at Salcott playground as per annual inspection report.
  • Adult gym equipment for both sites has now been installed. Maintenance plan to be discussed.
  • To note new signs installed for Moss Hay at both top and bottom of the footpath
  • Moss Hay entrance gate – discuss options for replacing pole
  • Unsociable behaviour at Moss Hay – discuss options in an attempt to rectify
  • Decision required: What can be done about the above, entrance gate, maintenance plan for new gym equipment and  anything else that needs attention?

2.  Wigboroughs Bus Shelters

Looking shabby and in need of painting

  • Decision required: Are we happy to accept the quotation of £375 for painting both these shelters?

3.  20’s Plenty Webinar

To discuss the webinar attended by several parish councillors.

4.  CBC Planning Training Session

This was attended by several parish councillors and the subsequent presentation will be discussed
