A meeting of Winstred Hundred Parish Council will be held at the Meeting Room, Peldon and Wigboroughs Community Hall on Tuesday 13th December 2022 at 7.30pm to which the Councillors are summoned to attend.
Everyone attending this meeting is required to wear a mask. Whilst we appreciate that this is not a legal requirement at this time, as we have vulnerable people amongst us, it is a common courtesy for their safety.

1. Playgrounds and Playing Fields
- Reports on both playgrounds and fields
- Outstanding work at Salcott is being addressed.
- Decision required: Anything else that needs attention?
2. Wigborough Noticeboards
To confirm increase of £29.10 on previous quote.
3. Ramblers Request
Following footpath diversion request:
- Decisions required: should we contact Highways for improvements to the original footpath and do we support this diversion?
4. Parish Council Insurance
To confirm and agree new policy and payment of £984.92 for a fixed 3-year term.
5. 20’s Plenty Webinar – further session attended:
- Decision required: Do we want to take this further?
6. Jubilee Trees
Have now been delivered and planting will follow, plaques are ready.
7. Clerk’s salary
Should the clerk receive an increase in line with the notification from governing bodies from April 2022?
- Decision required: £1 an hour increase is proposed by NALC, is this acceptable?
8. Youth Forum
To discuss holding a meeting on a Saturday to find out what is important to the under 18s in the parish – any update to discuss?
