To note that any items/issues identified in the Annual Playground Report needing attention are being taken care of.

2. Peldon Village Sign

The sign fell down in the wind and is now back in place with new post. The insurance company has agreed to pay minus the excess.

Everyone attending this meeting is required to wear a mask. Whilst we appreciate that this is not a legal requirement at this time, as we have vulnerable people amongst us, it is a common courtesy for their safety.

Draft minutes of the meeting of Winstred Hundred Parish Council held at Salcott Village Hall at 7.30pm on Tuesday 8th October 2019.

Present: Liz Davidson, Clare Lauwerys, Jinny Gale, Robert Kean, Phil Gladwin, Wendy Ritherdon, Robert Davidson, Kevin Bentley and 3 members of the public

Apologies for absence: Netty Knill-Jones, Andrew Ellis, John Walker, Dave Taylor

Minutes of the last meeting were agreed by all and signed by the chairman

Zone Warden Report: None received and to note that the fly tip at Pete Tye Common car park is waiting for a specialist company to remove it as it contains asbestos and this has been chased up several times.
