Election of Chairman, Vice Chairman, Financial and Responsible Officer, co-option or resignation of Parish Councillors- signing of all necessary declarations.

1. Church Cottage, Peldon
- Discussion on planning application submitted (if any) and the role of Councillors in advising residents on planning matters
- Decision required: Do we wish to be involved other than to advise the owner to submit a planning application in the normal manner?
2. Specialist interest roles for individual Parish Councillors
- Further consideration to certain areas of responsibility – Emergency Plan, Communications, Training, Budget and Localism
- Decision required: Who, if anybody, to take on these roles?
3. Playground Maintenance
- Feedback from Les and Charles about progress with implementing recommendations from the Annual Inspection.
4. Distribution of the Annual Report
- Discussion on how best to distribute the Annual Report to every house in the parish
- Decisions required:
- Shall we sponsor a Gold Edition of the Parish Newsletter or deliver our own sheets?
- What immediate action needs to be taken.
- How will distribution be organized.
5. Dog fouling on Moss Haye
- Update on progress
6. Affordable Housing
- Feedback from Moira Groborz if appropriate
7. Salcott crossroads bus shelter alterations
