Items for Discussion
1. Playgrounds and Playing Fields
- Reports on both playgrounds and fields
- Discuss projects and costings received for new equipment at Peldon
- Decision required: Any further measures required with regard to Covid-19 and current government guidelines
2. Zoom contract meeting costs
- To note that it has been agreed to sign up for the parish council’s own account rather than depend on Kevin’s good nature.
- To note that it was agreed to sign up for a year’s contract at a lower rate as meetings on Zoom are likely to continue for the foreseeable future.
- To note that the chairman will be the owner of the account.
3. Village Signs Refurbishment update
- To note the refurbishment of Salcott-cum-Virley sign has been completed and is now back in place. Peldon is next on the list so removal will take place in due course.
4. Printer costs
- It was agreed for the parish council to contribute £50 towards the cost of a badly needed new printer used mainly for parish council business
