1.  Audit Return and Associated Compliances AGAR Part 2 2020/2021

  • To note internal auditor report
  • To agree and sign Certificate of Exemption   
  • To agree and sign Annual Governance Statement
  • To agree and sign Accounting Statement

2.  Playgrounds and Playing Fields

  • Reports on both play areas and fields
  • Update on grants for funding Peldon playground project
  • To note repairs and new zip wire seat fitted (no dog chewing, please!)
  • Decision required: Any matters of concern, covid-related or otherwise?

3.  Salcott Bus Stops and Footpaths

  • Following the parish council requesting that both bus stops at the Salcott crossroads are made accessible for wheelchair users we are pleased to say the work has now been completed.
  • Following the parish council requesting better footpath entrances with new stiles, gates, etc they are all being gradually renewed or improved.

4.  Meetings

  • To note the following:  the parish council was instructed to cancel the April meeting at the last minute.
  • To note reason for moving this May meeting forward a week.
  • Future meetings re online or face to face, are still being discussed by the government and other interested parties.
