1.  Playgrounds and Playing Fields

• Reports on both play areas and fields include modification of cable wire
• Decision required: Any other matters that require attention?

2.  England Coast Path

• Natural England requires an official PC reply for the suggested route

• Decision required: Do we accept the route and how should we reply?

3.  VAS positioning

• To note new survey strips installed and we await the outcome
• Decision required: Should we notify residents now or wait for result?

4.  Defibrillator

• To note British Heart Foundation form filled in and authorised for 2 on VHs
• To note insurance is available on our policy at minimal cost

• Decision required: Should we agree to the policy of cheques being signed at meetings that are not on the agenda but subsequently minuted, invoices having been received in good time prior to the meeting.
