County Councillor Report was previously circulated including plans to make Colchester Town Centre streets safer, greener and healthier. Speeding is a huge problem all over the county with the network being back to approximately 82% of the volume it was prior to Covid-19. Draft minutes for Winstred Hundred Parish Council meeting scheduled to be held at Salcott Village Hall on Tuesday 14th April 2020.
This meeting did not take place owing to Covid-19, a Coronavirus, following government guidelines/ruling.
All enquiries and matters requiring attention are being dealt with as and when they happen via email discussion amongst the parish councillors and actioned wherever possible safely within the current restrictions.
