Reports on both playgrounds and fields
Discuss any update on alternative arrangements for Moss Hay maintenance
Any updates re the different quotes and equipment for Peldon playground, discuss preferences, etc.
Decision required: What are we going to do with regard to maintenance at Moss Hay, should we advertise?
Decision required: Any further measures required with regard to Covid-19 and current government guidelines

2. Ditches and flooding issues at Peldon

Thanks to Highways and resident co-operation the problems have hopefully been resolved

Discuss how the parish council can best engage and communicate with our residents of all ages

County Councillor Report was previously circulated including plans to make Colchester Town Centre streets safer, greener and healthier. Speeding is a huge problem all over the county with the network being back to approximately 82% of the volume it was prior to Covid-19. The meeting was opened by the chairman and everyone welcomed.

Draft minutes for Winstred Hundred Parish Council meeting scheduled to be held at Salcott Village Hall on Tuesday 14th April 2020.

This meeting did not take place owing to Covid-19, a Coronavirus, following government guidelines/ruling.

All enquiries and matters requiring attention are being dealt with as and when they happen via email discussion amongst the parish councillors and actioned wherever possible safely within the current restrictions.

Zone Warden Report: None received and to note that the fly tip at Pete Tye Common car park is waiting for a specialist company to remove it as it contains asbestos and this has been chased up several times.
