County Councillor Report: A meeting was being attended by ECC Leaders to request a higher level for Covid-19 for Essex from the government.
Public-Have Your Say: It was noted that a Peldon sign appears to be missing which will be looked into. Other enforcement and highways matters will be followed up. Access to various Salcott footpaths have been reported for disrepair.

County Councillor Report: The road surface along this stretch mainly from the Kings Head to Peldon is full of subsidence areas and is under investigation by Highways to establish the reason for this before repair work can take place. The most serious pot holes will be reported to the County Councillors before Friday for immediate attention.

Zone Warden Report: Colchester recycling is gradually improving but some are slow to readjust and are still filling up too many black bags. A local resident has been spotted dumping his surplus black bags on other people’s driveways which is of course unacceptable. Identifying evidence found in such bags will result in a £100 spot fine. If rubbish has not been collected by 4pm on the day it should have the CBC website has a place for reporting this and they will come soon after to collect.
There is to be no future pavement A-type advertising in Colchester for safety reasons.
